I know this is a very lengthy e-mail update but I ask that you will read the entire content of this letter as it explains what I have been up to for the past year and kind of why I have not been posting updates on Transplant Ministries website.
If your viewing this e-mail now it's because at one point in history you signed up for The Five Hundred. I wanted to take a moment and let all of you guys know what I have been working on this past year and kind of keep you posted on the current ministry work I am doing. At the beginning of the year, the Lord placed it on my heart to really dive into Christian video production. So on January first I launched CrownRightsMedia.com
Let's face it there are very few options when it comes to theologically sound, and well produced Christian media. One of the top shows that comes to mind is Wretched TV and what do you know? Soon after God giving me a burden to pursue this venture into video production God through his own providence allowed me the opportunity to move down to Georgia, where for the past several months I have been working part time as a sub-contractor for the Wretched Staff themselves.
Over the past few months, I have gained more knowledge of video production, many great friends and lots of experience in the field and just recently was able to purchase my very own professional camera, lenses and audio gear.
I have a great desire to really Glorify God by creating Christ Centered documentaries and productions that focus on the Gospel being center in all areas of life. From business, to family, evangelism and politics. When I first purchased my gear, my desire and prayer was for the new camera to not go to waste. I prayed for God to open up opportunities for me to use the equipment and gear to Glorify Him. Little did I know what he had in store...I wanted to take a few moments to share with you the many doors that Christ is currently opening up and some of the opportunities he has set before me to share the Gospel.
The very first thing I have been working on is a series of YouTube videos that I believe portray Open Air Preaching in a way that no one has ever done. I call them Open Air Preacher Profiles. What started on a normal day of doing evangelism with Bobby McCreery as I was learning to use my new camera turned into a mini-bio of a street preacher that really shows the calling of a street evangelist to be one that is high, noble and honorable in the Kingdom of Christ. In addition to that I just recently finished editing and posted the second in the Preacher Profile series. This one is centered on the contrite heart of Robert Gray. I was able to follow him with the camera as he preached the Gospel in Athens, GA a few weeks ago. The video, which was recently featured on "On the Box" with Ray Comfort and Tony Miano can be seen here on Youtube as well.
Both of these men are phenomenal preachers of the Gospel who have devoted every waking hour to full time evangelism ministry. In the future, I plan on doing several more of these videos and Lord willing hope to place them together on one DVD and using the sales of the DVD to support the full time ministries of these soldiers on the front lines. So please be in prayer about that.
OK, time for you to catch your breath, the e-mail is long but were almost done.
Recently an opportunity has opened up that surpasses what I could have hoped for. A few weeks ago, I was able to land a meeting with the leader of the Georgia Constitution Party and Board Member to the Mississippi Personhood organization that is leading the charge on establishing the Personhood Amendment this November. He is one of the few Godly Christian leaders in the political realm. Recently he allowed me to visit his office to discuss doing an interview with him on the Lordship of Christ in Civil Government and upon doing so he revealed the need for someone to volunteer in doing video production for the state and regional level Constitution Party. Doing so will allow me to interview, and discuss the Gospel with many high level civil leaders in this nation! I will also retain the rights to the ones I interview allowing me to put together my own documentary on The Gospel and Government.
The Lord is clearly paving the way for many opportunities to use the skills he has given me to Glorify himself, in addition to all the projects listed above, at the end of July I was able to go to Asheville, NC to proclaim the Gospel over the weekend. Taking my camera gear with me I was able to capture over 100 Gigs of HD video capturing all aspects of street preaching imaginable, everything from the strangest and bizarre hecklers, heretical preachers and Christ centered preaching. I am composing all the footage, and going through it in hopes to put together a mini-documentary on street preaching tentatively called "The Preachers of Bele Chere"
Finally, this weekend I hung out with Sye Tenbruggencate owner of "ProofThatGodExists.org" and an apologist from Canada who has been mentioned on James Whites show and has also debated atheist on radio broadcasts and podcasts in the UK and around the world. We managed to sit down this weekend and make some great "instructional" videos on presuppositional apologetics that I will put together in the near future. These are something to really look forward to. especially if you have been wondering what presuppositional apologetics are and how to use it. We made sure this topic was discussed in a very easy to understand way.
OK, there it is. The length wasn't that bad was it? I wanted to send this e-mail out to you and let you know what I have been working on, and the reason for the lack of "Five Hundred" events. I have been very busy this year seeking to glorify Christ with this new venture and I am in awe as to how he has led and directed me in this. There are many other upcoming things I will be working on, some I can't announce yet as it is all in the works.
